I: depression nos, opiate abuse (ah hahahaha at the latter)
II: r/o cluster B traits (have fun, outpatient docs!)
III: (null)
IV: CMI, social isolation (omg no way, social isolation was summer of, uh, 2002 I think? even that wasn't complete isolation)
V: GAF on admit 30, on d/c 45 (gee thx, I knew I was dysfunctional...but hey, at least I'm always rational)
The DSM may be useful but it does have its flaws.
Update: As of some day in November 2006, I am officially bipolar nos.
